8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WORKFLOW LEDGER AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WORKFLOW LEDGER AI, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
